The Cleresdyne team uses good sense and prior experience to plan and design solutions for all kitchen facilities, from butcheries and bakeries for small supermarkets to large catering operations with multiple cuisines.

We work closely with our clients and their engineering teams to capture critical information about food production and kitchen operations. We provide floor plans for all areas that require commercial kitchen equipment, with recommendations for improving efficiency with the latest available technologies. Our detailed submissions shall indicate vital information, including load schedules, MEP drop-off points, and hygiene requirements from the local government. We also provide drawings for special-purpose areas such as walk-in chillers and freezers.
